We measure the Raman scattering intensity in single crystal samples of La1.475Nd0.4Sr0.125CuO4 which is known to exhibit antiphase stripe magnetic/charge order below T30K. For Raman shifts >1000cm-1, the spectra in all planar polarization conditions show a broad hump which has a very weak temperature dependence. This feature is interpreted as the signature of Raman scattering from spin fluctuations and related to the incipient stripe ordering.
