The low-temperature asymptotics of thermodynamic and transport properties of superconductors with mesoscopic nonhomogeneities are analyzed. For the conventional s-wave superconductors it is shown that a spread of superconducting gap values leads to the power-law dependences for temperatures much lower than Tc. The implications of the theory for superconductors with different pairing symmetries, namely, A15 compounds and high-Tc oxides, are discussed.
