Phys. Rev. B 43, 8694–8697 (1991)Magnetic critical fields of Y-Ba-Cu-O superconductors in the Lawrence-Doniach model with inequivalent layers
The Lawrence-Doniach model with inequivalent conducting layers (isotropic CuO2 planes and CuO planes with chains) gives the positive curvature in the temperature dependence of the perpendicular upper critical field, if the weakest coupling of layers is between CuO2 and CuO planes or if the bare critical temperatures of the CuO2 and CuO layers are essentially different. In the former case Hc1 and Hc2 are anisotropic in the (a,b) plane near Tc, while in the latter case such anisotropy is absent. © 1991 The American Physical Society URL:
